Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with QARA on SOPs and outcomes
• Review defects and manage corrective action governance
• Direct the adoption of industry best practices in testing
• Enhance test frameworks using AI and automation
• Ensure compliance and quality for large-scale projects
Requirements:
• Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of Engineering experience
• 3+ years in a senior quality leadership role
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams
