2. About the Opportunity:

The Home-Based Data Entry & Typing Operations Associate role supports administrative and operational workflows by ensuring accurate data entry, transcription, and document management for distributed teams. This position contributes to maintaining data integrity and facilitating effective communication with clients, impacting the overall efficiency and reliability of the organization’s operations.

3. Responsibilities:

• Enter numeric transactional data into central databases

• Verify data accuracy by cross-checking source documents

• Transcribe client audio into written documents following style guidelines

• Edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and formatting

• Conduct client onboarding and briefing sessions to clarify project requirements

• Document client preferences in the customer relationship management system

• Manage workflows using task management tools such as Trello, Jira, or Monday.com

• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely deliverables

• Perform quality assurance checks to maintain at least 98 percent accuracy

• Identify and report recurring errors to improve processes

• Prepare weekly status reports outlining task completion and potential issues

• Schedule client check-ins to obtain feedback after milestone deliveries

• Develop standard operating procedures and training materials for workflows

4. Requirements:

• High school diploma required; associate degree or relevant certificate preferred

• Minimum of one year experience in data entry and/or transcription

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and document editing tools

• Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures

• Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace

• Clear written communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• $20 to $25 per hour USD
