Responsibilities:
– Assist in the daily operations of the housekeeping department
– Train and supervise housekeeping staff and assigning tasks
– Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
– Assist Manager in maintaining the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order as needed
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest service
– Handle guest inquiries and complaints regarding housekeeping services
– Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary
Requirements:
– Previous experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping management preferred
– Strong leadership and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and quality control
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
