What you’ll do:
- Review and validate HR and payroll system solutions delivered by implementation partners.
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and internal quality standards.
- Support the continuous improvement of HR and payroll processes.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and best practices.
- Prepare quality assurance reports, documentation, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other internal stakeholders to drive process improvements.
What we’re looking for:
- Completed vocational education, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with HR systems, preferably SAP and payroll-related processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to evaluate business requirements and validate system solutions.
- Good understanding of HR regulations and data protection principles.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English; German is an advantage.
