2. About the Opportunity: The HRIS & Payroll Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data within HR information systems, primarily ADP Workforce Now. This position supports critical HR processes by managing employee lifecycle data, assisting with payroll processing, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The role contributes to smooth HR operations and accurate payroll execution.
3. Responsibilities:
- Enter and update employee data in HRIS including hires, terminations, job changes, and shift changes
- Process high-volume HR transactions accurately and timely
- Validate source documents and maintain audit trails
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure data consistency
- Respond to data inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Review timecards and payroll adjustments prior to processing
- Assist in weekly and biweekly payroll processing
- Conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Support internal and external audits
- Generate standard HRIS reports and maintain documentation
- Assist with system troubleshooting and data migration tasks
4. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience; or 4 years of experience without degree
- Authorization to work full-time in the U.S. without future sponsorship
- Ability to work under ITAR/EAR regulations
- Preferred experience with payroll, HRIS, time and attendance systems
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms
- Knowledge of HR compliance and employee data regulations
- Experience in high-volume transactional environments
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Basic proficiency in Excel
