About The Role
The Human Resources Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support aligned with DeepHealth’s corporate strategy. This role focuses on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance.
As a strategic partner to leadership, you will support enterprise initiatives such as acquisition integrations, compensation program management, and job architecture development. This position requires a hands-on, analytical professional who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to implement workforce planning and organizational effectiveness strategies
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
Support compensation projects including salary benchmarking, job leveling, and annual compensation planning
Deliver hands-on HR support for organizational initiatives and changes
Work closely with legal, compliance, and finance teams on employment contracts, audits, and regulatory matters
Contribute to the development and refinement of scalable HR policies, tools, and processes
Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve organizational outcomes
Assist with employee engagement efforts and promote an inclusive workplace culture
Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and support audits and reporting
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partner or generalist roles
Experience supporting organizational changes, M&A integrations, or large-scale transitions
Strong knowledge of compensation fundamentals such as benchmarking, job leveling, and pay structures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP), Excel, and reporting tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
High attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information
