Scope:
The Quality/Sanitation Administrator is responsible for managing and evolving the Quality/Sanitation program, working closely with The Compliance Supervisor and department leadership across the company.
Primary Duties:
· The Quality/Sanitation Administrator is responsible for managing and evolving the Quality/Sanitation Assurance program, working closely with the department leadership across the company.
· Ensure that all services meet or exceed these standards and reflect management and customer feedback
· Develop and helm a regular QA meeting for department leadership
· Prepare agenda, minutes, and maintain well-organized and transparent records
· Manage the QA/Sanitation reporting process by developing relationships with each department leader
· Identify ways to improve and evolve reporting
· Assist in identifying new KPIs in tandem with department leadership
· Plan and monitor the timelines for reporting to keep departments on track and in compliance with internal and regulatory timelines
· Aggregate data into organized reports on a quarterly basis for Ownership and Executive leadership
· Responsible for reporting Compliance and Legal department KPIs and tasks into the QA/Sanitation program
· Including metrics related to all licensing and legal tasks, investigations, incident reporting, chart or group auditing, process auditing, and process tracking
· Compliance Related Tasks
· Maintain, files and tracks documentation in support of licensing and compliance processes
· Support maintenance of policies, procedures and SOPS and controlled documents in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
· Performs periodic audits of the controlled documents for identifying areas of deficiencies, assists with ensuring deficiencies are addressed
· Assists with regulatory internal/external audits
· Assist with internal compliance reporting
· Assist with drafting licensing applications and compiling support documentation
· Assist with maintaining Facilities-related auditing processes, including audits related to housing, and tracking the timeliness of drills, inspections, and emergency responses at all physical locations
· Assist with incident reporting across all facilities
· Ability to work and/or assist as a QA Technician on the Production floor, when needed
Knowledge/Skills:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
