Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our Quality Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for summarizing raw material test results, confirming the conformity of incoming materials, and supporting all aspects of quality assurance. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with the Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) team to address any abnormalities in raw materials.
Role and Responsibilities:
Summarize raw material test results and provide timely feedback on abnormal data to the SQE team.
Confirm and inspect incoming materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identify and determine the state of raw material inspection results and document findings accurately.
Maintain and store inspection tools and measuring instruments properly.
Ensure the conformity of inspection documents and record forms, providing feedback as necessary.
Investigate and handle abnormalities of incoming materials from the production line, confirming whether issues are related to the materials themselves.
Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in quality control processes and methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with inspection tools and measuring instruments.
Experience in a quality related field in manufacturing
Prefer experience in the photovoltaic industry.
Receive education and training on inspection and testing tools and other related knowledge.
