Job Description:
Prepare & conduct IQC inspection plan.
Understanding the Criticality of supplier parts and risk assessment on the production process.
Knowledge on the process capability.
Strong problem-solving knowledge.
Analytical & Strong experience on process of stamping, molding, anodizing, and machining process.
Supplier part quality issue handling experience.
Ensure no product line issue due to incoming/supplier parts.
Strong interpersonal skills in handling and involving with CFT team.
Select & qualify the suitable instruments & equipment’s for IQC dim & cosmetic inspection.
Ability to handle or knowledge on the reliability test requirement for Supplier/IQC parts.
Good knowledge on the reliability test like SST,Tensile Test, Elongnation, Push out Test & Hardness Test etc…
Report generation for IQC Material Issue and SQE Report.
Practical knowledge on Kaizen and Lean tools.
Qualification:
B.E Mechanical Engineer
Professional Experience:
4 – 7 Years of experience
