Responsibilities:
· Knowledge of QRI process master log (Gentherm’s Quality Masterbook)
· Knowledge of all parts, product characteristics
· Completion of medical production forms
· Interpret packing slips, customer certifications
· Shipping releases for hardware parts (both CE & SG)
· Warehouse inspection for incoming goods Documentation for warehouse inspection
· Read calipers, measurement tools, drawings
· Collaborative partnership with Production, Service, Engineering and R&D team
· Labels inspection, parts inspection
· Check receiving inspection screen (in VISUAL ERP software)
· Test circuit boards
· Implement NCM process
Qualifications:
· In High School Diploma or equivalent
· 2-5 years of Quality Inspection Experience or 1 – 2 years of Quality experience in medical manufacturing.
· Ability to work efficiently with little supervision
· Strong communication skills
· Good documentation skills and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree or in Electrical or Certification in ASQ/ RSES
· Medical manufacturing experience
· Knowledge of electronics & hand tools (tape measures, calipers, force gauges, volt meters)
· Knowledge of ESD sensitive material, printed circuit boards etc.
· Calibration and Verification experience
