The opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Senior QA Analyst to join our NASU team based in our Blue Bell, PA or New York City, NY office or remotely nationwide. This position is responsible for planning and conducting quality reviews of Ops transactions processed with the intent of identifying any potential issues and coordinating resolution, including development and maintenance of quality metrics for Ops management. In addition the position is responsible for delivering training to address both Operations needs of new hires and addressing training needs identified through Quality Assurance review. Some of the Senior QA Analyst responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Works with the Ops Management team to plan, develop and coordinate resolution from the business perspective for WC tickets issued on behalf of Ops as the result of enhancement requests or for resolution of systems issues.
Works with IT on WC tickets that impact Salem Ops to make certain that any recommended changes do not have a negative impact on productivity. Conduct monthly quality review of transactions processed as identified by Quality Assurance Program criteria. Develop and maintain results of quality reviews including metrics. The changes in businesses and functions require constant monitoring and analysis and possible adjustments of review touch points.
Work with department management and Sr. Training Specialist to coordinate classroom training for new employees in addition to providing supplemental training and QC.
Responsible for development and implementation of training plan for the experienced staff.
Manage special projects that require system expertise, business knowledge and workflow familiarity to conduct necessary analysis and develop recommendations for action as requested by Ops Management.
Identifies opportunities to automate tasks and/or streamline processes.
Identifies opportunities to improve the quality assurance process. Works with development team to identify areas in the development process that can be improved to allow for higher quality solution delivery.
The expertise you bring
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related work experience required.
5-7 years of related experience in Insurance Industry and IT.
Our salary ranges are determined by many factors including location, role, experience, and skillset of the candidate. The following ranges displayed reflect the target base salary for new hires, but your recruiter will share more specific compensation information with you during the hiring process. The typical base salary range for this position is: $71,000 – $100,000, based on the factors aforementioned. For candidates located in San Francisco, CA; Hoboken, NJ; and the New York City metro area, the base salary range is $90,000 -$105,000. In addition to base salary, full time Intact employees are also eligible for bonus potential and a full range of benefits to include but not limited to:
