Synchro Partners is working with a leading large enterprise. Due to a large program of work, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to join the transformation team.
The role focuses on defining the Quality Assurance strategy, implementingframeworks, and ensuring system functionality, performance, and security align with business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement testing strategies (functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance).
• Oversee the entire QA process, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Establish and maintain both automated and manual testing frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage test environments, data requirements, and ensure test cases are traceable to business requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to QA team members, promoting best practices.
• Communicate testing progress, challenges, and deployment readiness to stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks, monitor defects, and drive resolution to maintain system reliability.
The successful candidate will have experience in setting up a QA practice within large enterprises with complex system environments. They should have a strong background in team leadership, have experience in both automated and manual testing, and be well-versed in compliance, security, and data integrity for enterprise systems. Additionally, experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft and/or Oracle is highly desirable.
