Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate inspection activities between vendors, procurement teams, and project stakeholders.
Schedule and track inspections to ensure compliance with project timelines and requirements.
Maintain inspection records, reports, and documentation.
Liaise with third-party inspection agencies and internal teams to resolve issues.
Support the inspection team with administrative and logistical tasks.
Qualifications &
Experience:
Diploma in a related discipline or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Inspection Coordinator or similar role in oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industries.
Vendor and procurement inspection experience is mandatory (not
Quality Assurance
/Control).Office-based role with strong organizational and
communication skills
