จัดลำดับงานเพื่อดำเนินการสุ่มตัวอย่างละทดสอบ ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนการรับเข้าและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานรับ Material (WH) เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการสุ่มตัวอย่าง ในกรณีที่ Material ไม่เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดให้ประสานงานกับทาง WH และหัวหน้างานเพื่อพิจารณาดำเนินการต่อไป
- งานตรวจรับและสุ่มตัวอย่าง
- จัดลำดับการทำงานเพื่อตรวจรับอละสุ่มตัวอย่างวัตถุดิบ (รวมถึงBulkที่ผลิตโดยลูกค้า) และบรรจุภัณฑ์
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของ Material ที่รับเข้าตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างตามแผนการสุ่มที่กำหนดในคู่มือการปฏิบัติงาน
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและบันทึกการตรวจสอบและบันทึกการตรวจสอบลงในเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บันทึก status ของ Material ที่ได้รับการทบทวนและอนุมัติโดยหัวหน้างานแล้ว
- รับผิดชอบในการเตรียมตัวอย่างเพื่อเตรียมเป็น Standard ให้ลูกค้าหรือให้ทางหน่วยงาน TSS อนุมัติ ก่อนเตรียมเป็น Standard
- ประสานงานกับแผนกวางแผน จัดซื้อและ WH ในเบื้องต้น กรณีพบข้อบกพร่งในขั้นตอนการรับเข้า Material หรือขั้นตอนการตรวจสอบ
- ทำงานร่วมกันในทีมและให้คำปรึกษา ความรู้กับทีมงาน
- ลงบันทึกความดัน อุณหภูมิ Calibration Tag และ ความสะอาด Laminar Air Flow ในห้อง Sampling Room
