We’re working with a well-established, innovative manufacturer seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead supplier quality initiatives, drive internal compliance efforts, and support complex production programs including projects involving multiple metal types and precision components.

What You’ll Do:
Lead quality efforts across key programs, from supplier oversight to final inspections
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements
Develop and maintain quality control processes and documentation
Conduct internal and supplier audits, and follow up on corrective actions
Support customer communication, audits, and technical quality discussions
Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions across teams
Review manufacturing routings to define and validate inspection points
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree (required)
10+ years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing
5+ years in aerospace or a regulated industry (preferred)
Hands-on experience working with various metals (e.g., aluminum, stainless steel, titanium) and understanding their impact on quality and inspection methods
Strong knowledge of quality tools: root cause analysis, process mapping, audits
Comfortable interpreting technical drawings and using inspection tools
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or willing to pursue certification
