Position Description: 
The Inspector role is responsible for ensuring the quality and conformance of both purchased and manufactured components. This position plays a key role in inspection processes, defect identification, and continuous improvement efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Essential Job Functions: 
- Perform inspections to ensure the quality and compliance of incoming and in-house manufactured parts.
- Create and manage inspection programs using the Keyence IM system.
- Support the Quality Team by identifying and documenting defective parts and non-conformance issues.
- Recommend part drawing updates to Engineering and Assembly teams based on inspection findings.
- Maintain effective working relationships with vendors; communicate any quality concerns or drawing revisions promptly.
Qualifications: 
- Previous experience in quality inspection or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with dimensional inspection tools and familiarity with Keyence IM or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of mechanical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and vendor interaction.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to quality.
