Position Summary:
The Quality Control (QC) Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all vacation rental properties meet Grand Welcome’s quality, cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards. This role involves conducting regular inspections, documenting findings, and working closely with operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to deliver a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed property inspections before guest check-in and after check-out
- Verify that cleaning, staging, and maintenance meet company standards
- Ensure homes are stocked with required amenities and supplies
- Document and report deficiencies using property management software (e.g., Breezeway, Guesty)
- Coordinate with field teams to promptly resolve issues
- Provide feedback and training support to housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate QC reports and escalate repeat issues to management
- Uphold brand presentation standards, including signage, linens, and guest materials
- Support onboarding of new homes to ensure readiness and quality
Qualifications:
- Experience with vacation rentals preferred
- Proficiency in inspection tools and property operations platforms (Breezeway, Guesty a plus)
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to properties
Work Environment:
- Field-based role with daily travel to properties
- Weekend or holiday availability is required
- Remote reporting and admin work

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
