We have a Part Time evening Quality Assurance position that we are looking to fill immediately.
Must be able to communicate effectively with management and co-workers
Must be able to work a set evening hours schedule Sunday-Thursday
Must be able to work and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to multi-task.
Hours Mon-Thursday 4:45- close and Sunday 1pm-close
$13.50/hr.
Duties include but not limited to:
Monitors and evaluates conversations for accuracy.
Ensures guidelines are followed accordingly.
Compiles written reports and prepares back – up tapes.
