Job Summary
We are an Incontinence Manufacturing Firm and seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role involves conducting quality audits, implementing quality control processes, and utilizing precision measuring instruments to maintain product integrity. The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, CGMP, and HACCP standards.
Perform quality inspections using various precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and vision inspection systems.
Collect and analyze research data to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate documentation of quality assurance activities and findings.
Train staff on quality control practices and procedures to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
Requirements
Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant industry standards.
Familiarity with quality control processes and methodologies.
Experience with vision inspection systems and other precision measuring instruments is preferred.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
