Inspector / Packer – Full-Time | Tacoma, WA
Location: Tacoma, Washington

Pay: $17.51–$18.75 per hour
We are currently hiring Inspectors / Packers for our manufacturing facility in Tacoma, WA. We have 10 full-time openings available across our three shifts:
- Shift A: 3 openings
- Shift B: 3 openings
- Shift C: 4 openings
Pay
- Starting rate: $17.51/hour
- Starting rate may be up to $18.28/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Position pay range: $17.51–$18.75/hour
- 30-minute paid lunch on all shifts
Available Shifts
Shift A – Day Shift | 3 Openings
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Shift B – Afternoon Shift | 3 Openings
Monday–Friday
4:00 PM–12:00 AM
Shift C – Night Shift | 4 Openings
Tuesday–Saturday
12:00 AM–8:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Inspect products for defects and quality issues.
- Ensure products are properly labeled, sealed, and packed according to specifications.
- Follow inspection and packing procedures and instructions.
- Work with team members to ensure necessary materials are available.
- Report defects, quality concerns, or deviations to the Shift Leader or Supervisor.
- Maintain consistent attention to product quality throughout the packing process.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Requirements
- No previous experience required – training will be provided.
- Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to read and follow inspection and packing instructions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 35 lbs.
- Must be available to consistently work the selected shift.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
