Shift Schedule
Swing Shift
Monday- Friday 1:45 PM – 10:00 PM
Quality Control Specialist Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections during all phases of production
- Inspect incoming materials for specifications and accuracy
- Conduct visual and measurement tests using required tools
- Approve or reject materials based on quality standards
- Monitor in-process production and communicate adjustments to supervisors
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
- Complete documentation and maintain detailed inspection logs
- Return products for rework when necessary and track corrective actions
- Maintain and properly operate measurement equipment
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Support team members and assist with training when needed
Qualifications
- Previous quality control experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and raw materials
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality expectations
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
