Centrex Distributors is looking for a 2nd shift data processor/quality assurance coordinator. This position is responsible for processing daily order selection paperwork and delivery invoices. Additionally, they assist the night warehouse supervisors with ensuring order accuracy and quality standards.
This position would work Monday – Friday, starting at 4:00PM.
Responsibilities:
Process all paperwork needed for nightly order selections
Prepare driver paperwork for next day deliveries – driver’s manifest and sales invoices
Aides with tracking production and other metrics as directed
Assists with quality and accuracy of each completed customer order at the various order selecting stations
Check inventory discrepancies, (mark-outs) as directed.
Attempt to avert problems such as overloads, misrouted orders, etc.
Job Requirements:
Strong attention to details
Data entry and accurate typing skills a must
Proven, effective and clear written and oral communication skills.
Computer skills including Excel and MSWord
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
