Position: Job: Inspector
To inspect production parts and components for conformance to company, customer and industry standard requirements.

Alert management when discrepancies are observed.
Maintain the integrity and Quality of Companies products to meet or exceed the requirements of AS 9100 and our customers.
Read and interpret complex machining and fabrication/assembly drawings.
Generate and perform inspection plans for company products.
Conduct mechanical inspection of parts and material for initial qualification and ongoing production.
Perform first piece, in process and final inspections under direction and log the results of all inspection work.
Inspect with standard QC inspection equipment such as calipers, optical comparators, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, pin gauges, thread gauges, etc.
Set up, under direction, inspection of complex parts.
Keep records and certifications in an organized manner.
Use a computer and operating software to access and retrieve data.
Generate rejection reports for non-conforming product for review by MRB.
High School GED or equivalent.
Knowledge of Geometric Tolerancing is a plus.
2+ years of inspection in an aerospace manufacturing environment or equivalent.
Familiarity with commercial standards, military standards, ISO standards, AS standards is a plus.
