Eurofins Assurance Bangladesh Ltd. is looking for Inspector / Quality Controller
Job Description / Responsibility
- Inspect the Garments/Textile according to the different requirements of customers and issue a good quality report without mistakes or missing information.
- The Quality Control Inspector must be able to analyze the detected quality problems, put forward improvement measures, track and feedback, and avoid the recurrence of nonconformities; and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Measurement method following the customers’ specifications and methods. Perform the requested onsite tests, according to Eurofins Standard protocol or customers’ specifications.
- Strictly comply with the customers’ requirements mentioned in the SOP or other specifications.
- Prepare the inspection report based on the confirmed template and submit the complete inspection report on the same day of the inspection.
- Understand the SOP & Eurofins internal guideline, plans, instructions, and specifications to understand customers’ requirements.
- Familiar with the product production processes, quality standards and common defects classification.
- Ensure that the production information is accurate, and conduct quality inspection on the
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments,Textile,Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Technical knowledge and experience in the field of garment inspection, as well as management methods and tools.
- Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, quality-driven, customer-focused, efficient, friendly, and responsive.
- Able to interact with all levels of management, suppliers, and clients.Computer literacy in MS Office.
- Skilled at speaking and writing in English.
