We are looking for an Insulation Inspector for a one year contract with our client in Qatar.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect hot and cold insulation systems.
- Verify insulation materials and installation methods.
- Inspect cladding and weatherproofing systems.
- Monitor insulation thickness and quality requirements.
- Ensure compliance with CUI prevention requirements.
- Review material certifications and inspection records.
- Conduct final inspections before handover.
Knowledge
- CUI prevention requirements
- Cryogenic insulation systems
- Hot insulation systems
- LNG facility insulation standards
- Project specifications
Qualifications
Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- FROSIO Insulation Inspector, ICorr or equivalent preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial insulation inspection.
- Experience in LNG, refinery, petrochemical or offshore projects.
