Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Quality Assurance Reviewer Jobs in Tampa, FL at Qlarant
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Run daily CMM inspections. Make adjustments as necessary.
Perform first piece inspections from the CNC Dept.
Perform tensile testing.
Perform spectrometer testing.
Do Romer scans & overlays.
Perform x-ray inspections.
Layout parts for PPAP.
Participate in GR&R studies.
Do capability studies.
Assist in maintaining calibration system.
Become a backup for sand lab testing.
High School diploma or GED; some technical school training in foundry practices or metallurgy desirable; one to three years in related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Performs basic quality checks during the production phase to determine compliance to standards. Will do other random sampling and checks as directed by the Quality Director.
