Responsibilities:
Perform Quality Control reviews and identify process gaps.
Work within guidelines and under supervision.
Follow standardized procedures and practices.
Integrate knowledge within the specialty area with industry practices.
Understand team interactions to achieve objectives.
Develop knowledge of industry standards.
Make judgments based on practice and precedence, research, interpret data, and identify inconsistencies.
Impact the business through quality of tasks/services.
Assess risk in business decisions, ensure compliance, and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications:
Currently in the CSSU AML/KYC department.
2-5 years relevant experience preferred.
Experience in quality, control, audit, or customer service roles.
Ability to communicate clearly and be sensitive to audience diversity.
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience preferred.
