About The Role
The entry-level Internal Quality Auditor is responsible for the execution of day-to-day quality assurance activities. This includes setting operational objectives, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and resolving routine quality issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QESH management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Ability and willingness to travel to Service Centers across the US 5-7 times per year.
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments across production areas.
- Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and track corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on QESH policies and safe work practices.
- Monitor and report on QESH KPIs, including non-conformities, near misses, and environmental metrics.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QESH into daily operations.
- Maintain documentation and prepare for external audits and customer inspections.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory quality standards.

Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word MS Excel required
- Basic knowledge or MS SharePoint and MS PowerPoint preferred
- 1+ years of experience in Internal Quality Audits preferred but not required
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Effective communication and documentation abilities.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments.
- Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 environments preferred
