Oversee, plan, and conduct preliminary assessments of international management systems, customer-specific standards, and the CPF Food Standard adopted by the organization. This includes establishing control measures and developing the Supplier Audit Program for overseas sales teams to ensure that business units and suppliers effectively comply with international standards and consistently produce high-quality products that are recognized and accepted by customers worldwide.

• Establish the audit framework and oversee the implementation of management system audits for CPF business units and suppliers, ensuring audits are conducted within the required timeframe.
• Develop the Audit Program, review Audit Plans, select Certification Bodies (CBs), and review audit reports and assessment results.
• Conduct training programs on management system standards and auditing for relevant functions and stakeholders.
• Design training courses and materials, and serve as a trainer for standards and auditing-related programs.
• Benchmark, analyze, and report the overall audit results and performance of the company to senior management.

QUALIFICATION

• Master’s/Doctoral Degree in Food Science and Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the agro-industry and food sector, or in auditing, consulting, and implementing international management system standards and related standards, including ISO 9001, GHP, HACCP, BRCGS, and other relevant schemes.
• Knowledge of auditing and assessment of management system standards related to quality, food safety, and sustainability.
• Knowledge and skills in quality management throughout the food supply chain, covering both aquaculture and terrestrial animal production.
• Relevant technical knowledge in areas such as food production, food science, microbiology, and related disciplines.
• Knowledge of food standards, laws, and regulations—both domestic and international—that are applicable to the company’s products.

• Ability to design and deliver training programs effectively, with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
