They to invest in their company-owned manufacturing facility which is dedicated to the quality assurance and customisation of cabinets, doors and benchtops to ensure our kitchens fit your space perfectly. This purpose-built facility in Somerton, Victoria utilises leading and world-best machinery solutions to allow for dynamic flexibility and fulfilment of bespoke manufacturing requests on a national scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct daily cycle counts for all locations (DlM/DCTM) and process adjustments for MTO raw boards, CTM/STD boards, edging, vinyl, and packing cardboard according to company procedures.
- Investigate and report stock variances to the line manager and Inventory team.
- Verify incoming goods, ensuring all processes are robust, followed, and auditable.
- Maintain high stock accuracy and efficiency by regularly reviewing min/max levels and optimizing pick paths.
- Ensure all storage locations (PUTAWAY, LOST, TEMP, etc.) are checked, maintained, and used correctly.
- Keep product locations, presentation, labels, and system data accurate at all times.
- Support container devanning, including coordinating external crews and preparing labels and materials as needed.
- Check and receipt container shipments.
- Process damaged stock promptly and communicate with relevant suppliers.
COMMUNICATIONS:
- Report all major issues to the direct managers immediately.
- Liaise closely with management and other staff any issues likely to impact our ability to service our internal and external customers.
- Clearly communicate with Inventory team when required.

Required Skills:
- Strong data accuracy including excellent literacy skill-sets.
- to perform manual handling tasks – in a safe manner.
- Strong organisational, time management skills including attention to detail attributes.
- Intermediate computer skills in MSOffice, Dashboards and Pronto application.
Experience:
- Minimum 12 months in a similar role – desirable.
- Forklift licence (HR} or the ability to obtain one.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary $80k-$85K
7am to 3pm (38 Hours a week)
