Job Title: Quality Technician/Specialist
Department: Quality Department
Summary Tests and inspects products at various stages of production process and compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Performs daily audits on all production parts.
Calibrates all Quality tools and gages.
Maintains and monitors the calibration software system.
Collects SPC data on all production parts.
Performs first piece layout inspections.
Communicates all quality related concerns to the Quality Engineers and or the Quality Manager.
Assists the Quality Engineer on developing First Piece Inspection Reports and Daily Audit Reports.
Assists with any testing and or development of quality validation of parts.
All other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.
