About the Role:
Ensure dietary supplements meet quality specifications and cGMP regulations through thorough checks, documentation, and adherence to procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify components and amounts align with the Master Manufacturing Record (MMR).
Conduct in-process checks, sampling, and document QA activities.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and cGMP procedures.
Perform micro and ATP swabbing to validate cleaning processes.
Verify accuracy of QC documentation, including batch records and logs.
Approve completed BPRs and close manufacturing orders with CMS adjustments.
Investigate deviations, discuss quality issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
Participate in sanitation and cGMP training.
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Who you are:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Prior experience in dietary supplement or food manufacturing/quality control preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Reliable attendance and attention to detail.
Schedule & Pay:
Day Shift- 5:00AM to 5:00PM | $20 – $23/ hour DOE + $3.00/hr weekend shift differential
The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).
Work 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend is a three-day weekend off!
Physical Requirements:
Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects (with or without reasonable accommodations).
