Pay Rate:

$22.00/hour

  • 10% Night Shift Differential (B & D Shifts Only)

Schedule:

12-hour rotating shifts

  • A Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sunday–Wednesday)
  • B Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Sunday–Wednesday)
  • C Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Wednesday–Saturday)
  • D Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Wednesday–Saturday)

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced IQA (Incoming Quality Assurance) and IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) Inspectors to join our manufacturing team. These roles are responsible for ensuring quality standards are met for both incoming materials and in-process production through inspections, testing, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:IQA (Incoming Quality Assurance):

  • Inspect incoming raw materials using various measuring instruments
  • Conduct lab testing and record/upload results accurately
  • Follow sampling plans and determine appropriate sample sizes
  • Read and interpret blueprints and 2D drawings
  • Identify and report non-conforming materials; isolate when needed
  • Maintain, clean, and calibrate testing equipment
  • Keep IQA lab clean, organized, and compliant

IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance):

  • Perform routine inspections and audits on the production line
  • Conduct lab testing on in-process samples (tensile, chemical, etc.)
  • Identify, isolate, and label non-conforming products
  • Read and interpret technical specifications and documents
  • Operate precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
  • Record inspection results and input data into quality systems
  • Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • QA/QC experience in manufacturing or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
  • Experience using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform basic math and unit conversions
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (12-hour shifts)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong visual acuity (color distinction, depth perception, focus)
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Work Environment:

  • Industrial/manufacturing setting
  • Exposure to machinery, production lines, and lab environments
  • Required use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols
