Job Overview
Responsible for inspecting incoming materials to ensure compliance with the quality standards and specifications of Jabil Technology Vietnam Company Limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections on all incoming materials (IQC).
- Conduct physical and dimensional checks using appropriate measuring tools and equipment.
- Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming materials, and report findings to relevant departments.
- Assist in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions for non-conforming materials.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and data, and prepare reports as required.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, production, and engineering teams to resolve incoming material quality issues.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and provide suggestions for process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in quality inspection is preferred.
- Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D reporting).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection standards. * Proficiency in using various measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Good written and verbal communication skills. * Basic computer skills and proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
