About The Role

We are looking for an IQC staff to handle quality issues related to incoming materials. You will work closely with internal teams to verify the quality deviation. The role ensures compliance with quality standards, corrective & preventive actions from suppliers, and proper documentation in accordance with B. Braun quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

Handle quality complaints (main task)

  • Follow up with suppliers to fix quality issues
  • Track their response and remind them if needed
  • Check their reports and make sure the solution works
  • Work with internal teams to handle affected materials

Investigate quality problems

  • Check defects reported by Warehouse, QC, or Production
  • Verify quality issue
  • Prepare reports and record findings (if any)

Create and manage complaints

  • Create complaint records
  • Keep track of all quality issues and updates

System & data support

  • Update data in SAP (block/release materials if needed)
  • Maintain SAP master data

Other Tasks

  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Update / create procedures (SOPs)
  • Conduct training and improvement activities

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (technical background is preferred)

Experience

  • At least 1 year in QC or production
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing process
  • SAP experience is a plus

Skills

  • Basic to good English communication
  • Good teamwork and communication
  • Careful and logical thinking
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
