Summary:
The Incoming
Quality Control
Engineer is responsible for inspecting and testing incoming materials, components, and assemblies to ensure that they meet Gotion‘s stringent quality standards. This includes developing and implementing inspection procedures, conducting visual and functional inspections, and analyzing test results. The Incoming
Quality Control
Engineer also plays a key role in supplier management, working with suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement inspection procedures for incoming materials, components, and assemblies. Conduct visual and functional inspections of incoming materials, components, and assemblies. Analyze test results to identify defects and non-conformance with Gotion‘s specifications. Prepare and maintain inspection records. Investigate and resolve quality issues with suppliers. Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with Gotion‘s quality standards. Stay
up-to-date
on the latest
quality control
methods and technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor‘s degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in
quality control
, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Experience with
a variety of inspection techniques, including visual inspection, functional testing, and dimensional measurement.
Experience with
quality control
software and data analysis tools. Experience in supplier management and corrective action implementation. Excellent
communication
and
problem-solving skills
. Strong
attention to detail
and ability to work independently.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and

your skills

Expected Pay Range
$75,000-$100,000 USD
