Job Description
Definition of test plans and test cases
Construction of test scenarios and scripts
Execution of tests.
Create reports / documentation of test results, errors, and issues to be fixed.
Collaborate with the business analysts, users, project managers and the developers.
Ensure the information systems meet the business requirements.
Ensure the information systems meet the standards and specifications.
Participate in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users.
LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Level of education corresponding to Level 6 of the European Qualification Framework which typically corresponds to a bachelor degree of 3 years.
Knowledge And Skills
Very good experience in Testing methodologies.
Good knowledge of testing technologies, tools and techniques.
Hands-on experience in manual testing.
Good knowledge of a Test Management tool.
Knowledge of a Defect Tracking tool.
Experience in test data preparation, preferably with SQL databases.
Experience in web-based technologies and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
ISTQB certification will be an advantage.
Awareness of software development and service methodologies (e.g., Agile).
Ability to apply high quality standards.
Ability to cope with fast changing technologies.
Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
Autonomous.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Attention to details.
Analysis and problem-solving skills.
Capability to write clear and structured technical documents.
Ability to participate in technical meetings and communicate clearly on technical matters.
Experience of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Jenkins or JavaScrip is a plus
Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1/C2). Other European languages will be an
advantage.
SPECIFIC EXPERTISE
at least 2 years of specific expertise in defining test plans and test cases.
at least 2 years of specific expertise in writing test scenarios and scripts.
at least 2 years of specific expertise in a Test Management and Defect Tracking tools (e.g., Jira,
Katalon…)
at least 2 years of specific expertise in relational databases and SQL.
