We are seeking an experienced ISO 9001 Consultant to lead the implementation, enhancement, and certification of our Quality Management System (QMS). The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess current processes, identify gaps, develop required documentation, and guide the organization through successful ISO 9001 certification and continual improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a comprehensive gap analysis against ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Develop an implementation roadmap with milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Design, implement, and improve the organization's Quality Management System (QMS).
Develop and standardize quality policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and process documentation.
Map and document key business processes across departments.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and industry best practices.
Facilitate risk-based thinking and integrate risk management into business processes.
Define quality objectives, KPIs, and performance monitoring mechanisms.
Train employees and process owners on ISO 9001 principles, documentation, and quality responsibilities.
Conduct internal audits and establish an internal audit program.
Identify nonconformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support management review meetings by preparing performance metrics and recommendations.
Coordinate with external certification bodies throughout Stage 1 and Stage 2 certification audits.
Provide post-certification support to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
Mentor internal personnel to sustain the Quality Management System independently after project completion.
