ISO Auditor & Consultant

Cavendish Scott is seeking a skilled ISO Auditor & Consultant to support organizations in achieving and sustaining ISO certifications and accreditations. Primary Responsibilities ISO Consulting & System Implementation

  • Support clients throughout the ISO certification and accreditation lifecycle.
  • Assist in the development, documentation, enhancement, and maintenance of management system processes and procedures.
  • Oversee client projects to ensure milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are achieved.
  • Facilitate recurring meetings with clients and internal team members to communicate status updates, findings, and next steps.

Audit Execution

  • Perform comprehensive reviews of organizational processes, records, and documentation to evaluate conformity with applicable ISO standards.
  • Identify gaps or nonconformities and prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings and recommended corrective actions.
  • Assess operational risks and provide practical recommendations to strengthen controls and system effectiveness.

Client Engagement & Training

  • Conduct interviews across departments to evaluate implementation and effectiveness of systems.
  • Deliver client training sessions and awareness programs related to ISO requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to maintain project alignment and progress.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Strong client service mindset with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
  • Comfortable presenting information and facilitating discussions with employees at all organizational levels.
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements while maintaining attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 required.
  • Experience with additional standards such as AS9100, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, ISO 27001, or ISO 45001 is advantageous.
  • Lead Auditor certification or comparable experience preferred.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Standard Monday–Friday schedule.
  • Travel to client locations required based on project needs.
  • Remote work opportunities available when not on-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
