Education & Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
-Minimum of 2 years of project management experience
-At least 3+ years of overall experience in IT
Key Qualifications:
-Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including SDLC, PMBOK, Agile, and Waterfall
-Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and MS EPM
-Proven experience in project budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking
-Demonstrated ability in risk identification, mitigation planning, and quality assurance
-Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and conflict resolution skills
-Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring and guiding teams
-Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business and technology stakeholders
-Experience in developing Statements of Work (SOWs) and acquisition-related documentation
-Strong client service mindset with stakeholder management expertise
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and competing priorities simultaneously
-High level of professionalism, maturity, and adaptability
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end IT project management processes, from initiation to delivery
-Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
-Develop, track, and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets
-Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
-Implement and oversee quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle
-Plan and facilitate Stage Gate reviews to ensure readiness for SDLC phase transitions
-Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders
-Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level communication materials
-Conduct regular program and project status meetings with cross-functional teams
-Manage multiple client engagements and prioritize competing project demands
-Track risks, issues, and action items, ensuring timely resolution
-Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and post-project evaluations
-Mentor and support team members on project management best practices
