What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Write test cases based on requirements and user stories, performing manual testing as needed
Create testing plans and test cases, and load them into appropriate tools
Participate in defect meetings and present analysis on current and re-tested defects
Source, compile, and interpret data for accuracy and efficiency
Contribute to risk management by testing and performing quality checks of existing programs, policies, and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of Quality Assurance experience in a Financial Services organization, or High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of Quality Assurance experience in a Financial Services organization
Previous or current experience as an employer contractor is required
License or Certification Type:
American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification(s) preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with quality assurance methodologies and tools
Familiarity with financial services industry standards and regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Understanding of risk management practices in IT
