We are looking for passionate, multi-talented IT Quality Assurance Lead/Test Manager to join our dynamic team of consultants within FINARTIX. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality assurance practices, methodologies, and tools, with a proven track record of leading successful testing efforts in IT projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end quality assurance processes for IT projects

Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, strategies, and schedules

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing into the project lifecycle

Oversee and mentor QA team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards

Identify and mitigate risks related to quality assurance activities

Monitor project and QA phases progress and performance metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders and management

Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external vendors or partners

Act as a primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, clarifications, and escalations, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years in IT Quality Assurance roles, with hands-on expertise in managing testing phases

Strong knowledge and experience with Waterfall, Agile, and/or hybrid delivery methodologies

One of the following certifications is required: CAST, CSTE, CSQA, CMSQ, Advanced Level Test Analyst or Test Manager (ISTQB)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus

Very good MS- Project and MS-Office skills; JIRA tool skills are desirable

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Innovative and entrepreneurial character

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills in Greek and English
