A Top 300 ASX-listed organisation requires an IT Support Technician for a permanent opportunity commencing immediately, to be based onsite in Wemen, Victoria. Your new role
In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for technical requests and incidents.
You will be:
Providing 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support.
Performing account administration within Active Directory, Exchange and bespoke applications.
Assisting with IT-related projects.
Ensuring technical issues are resolved within SLAs in a calm and polite manner.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
Demonstrated experience of providing 1st and 2nd level IT support.
Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Windows Server 2019/2022, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and Network troubleshooting.
Excellent customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written.
A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco, Veeam and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
Prior experience working within a small-medium IT team is highly advantageous.
A valid driving licence.
