LOCAL SAN ANTONIO PEOPLE ONLY!!!
This is a Software QA role – they are looking for any Web and/or Mobile testing experience. They are moving to qTest – any Jira and/or qTest is really needed.
All phases of the SDLC – smoke, functional, regression, etc. Write and execute test cases, defect tracking and debugging.
Looking for 3- 4 years of experience.
What We Will Require:
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Business or comparable education and/or experience. Minimum of one (1) years of IT/ET related financial institution or comparable experience. Familiar with software development cycle and quality assurance principals and methodologies. Understanding of structured environments for development, test and production. Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft Project or similar tools experience. Able to work in a team environment, meet deadlines and take on responsibility and accountability. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal communication skills. Must be analytical and detail oriented.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience with test management and testing tools such as qTest by Tricentis or equivalent. Self-motivated and ability to motivate others. Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Identify opportunities to maximize operational efficiencies. Experience participating in projects and ability to work with minimal supervision.
