Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and software applications.
- Maintain detailed records of test cases, bug reports, and testing results.
- Coordinate with development and product teams for issue tracking and resolution.
- Assist in improving software testing processes and workflows.
- Support automation testing initiatives under guidance from senior QA members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BIM, BCA, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior QA Engineer or in a Software Testing role.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
- Familiarity with manual testing concepts and bug tracking tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of API testing, automation tools, or SQL is an advantage.
