Requirements
3-5 years of combined experience in software development, business analysis, and/or technical project coordination
Hands-on development background of 1,2 years of software development
Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
Support the end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
Assist senior project managers in managing timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Track progress, identify risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
Ensure Agile best practices are followed across the teams
Maintain project documentation and artifacts
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate requirements into clear, concise, and testable user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure a shared understanding of features and deliverables
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
3-5 years of combined experience in software development, technical coordination, or business analysis
1-2 years of hands-on software development experience with familiarity in coding practices, development tools, and SDLC
Solid understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent
Strong skills in writing user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria, and use cases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master Certified – SMC, Certified Scrum Product Owner – CSPO) are a plus
