KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop detailed test plans for each project/module, defining the testing scope, approach, and acceptance criteria.
- Design and develop test cases and test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.
- Execute functional testing, document test results, and identify defects against requirements.
- Perform regression testing to ensure system stability following enhancements, bug fixes, or releases.
- Report, categorize, and track defects through resolution using defect management tools.
- Conduct integration and UI testing to ensure seamless interaction and accurate functionality across system components.
- Collaborate closely with Developers and Business Analysts to investigate, resolve, and validate defect fixes.
- Perform basic performance and security testing to evaluate system reliability and risk exposure.
- Ensure compliance with internal testing standards, processes, and documentation requirements.
- Analyze defect trends and recommend improvements to testing tools, processes, and methodologies.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in testing mobile applications and web.
- Previous experience in software testing, including Manual Testing, API Testing.
- Test case, test script, test plan skill
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
- Intermediate English reading and writing skills.
- Hands-on experience working on Insurance or Fintech projects is a plus.
Working hours: Monday – Friday
Work location: 16 Nguyen Truong To, Xom Chieu Ward, former District 4, HCM.
