Bits of your job:
Actively listen to customer service and sales agents’ calls to identify pain points, areas of improvement, and adherence to established processes using pre-prepared questionnaire forms.
Read and analyze customer support tickets to identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for process enhancement.
Document findings from data collection activities clearly and concisely to contribute to comprehensive process documentation/improvement.
Independently analyze customer interactions and develop data-driven recommendations for process improvement, while collaborating with the team as needed.
Student (of the last year) or graduate from Business, Management, Data Analysis, or similar field
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Lithuanian & English
Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things change quickly
Salary:
1000-1300 €/mon. NET
