About The Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Process Engineer to play a key role in coordinating and optimizing engineering activities within production. This position is centered around driving continuous improvements for a newly established manufacturing line, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:

Develop and implement tools to enhance operational performance and efficiency.

Support the timely and cost-effective commissioning of new machinery, systems, and plant infrastructure.

Gather and analyze production data to pinpoint key areas for improvement.

Lead the execution of the Operational Improvement Program (OIP) for the new manufacturing line.

Provide technical expertise and facilitation support to improvement teams.

Oversee the seamless integration of new equipment into existing processes.

Safety & Compliance

Actively contribute to Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) initiatives on-site.

Assist in managing the change process related to the launch of the new production line.

Ensure all processes align with WHSE policies and industry safety standards.

Quality Assurance & Control

Assist in the implementation of an in-line quality control system for the new manufacturing line.

Develop and roll out quality manuals to uphold production standards.

Participate in site acceptance testing, ensuring that all products meet customer specifications and compliance requirements.

Training & Development

Design and execute effective training programs to upskill employees for the new manufacturing line.

Play an active role in equipment site acceptance tests and contribute to the development of manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Collaborate with equipment suppliers and internal operations teams to develop comprehensive training materials.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing focus preferred).

At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply!).

Hands-on experience in a LEAN manufacturing setting.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Proficiency in process mapping and identifying opportunities for optimization.

Excellent statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Work Rights

Full work-rights is mandatory.

$42/hr – $45/hr + Super
