Aajil is on a mission to transform SME trade in the Kingdom through our Build Now, Pay Later (BNPL) platform. As we rapidly scale and launch new financial products, we’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Junior Product Analyst to join our high-performance Product team.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of product, data, and user experience—helping to design, validate, and grow digital financial tools that solve real problems for underserved businesses across the region.
Your Role: Turn Insights into Product Impact
As a Junior Product Analyst, you’ll support the end-to-end product lifecycle for Aajil’s fintech solutions. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Growth, Risk, and Engineering to analyse data, shape feature requirements, and optimise our BNPL products. Whether it’s digging into product usage metrics, mapping user journeys, or testing new features, your work will directly influence the experience we deliver to thousands of SMEs.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, and UI/UX teams to define product requirements and solutions
Analyse product usage data, customer behavior, and support feedback to generate actionable insights
Build and maintain dashboards, user journey flows, and performance reports to support roadmap planning
Support market research and benchmarking to inform competitive positioning and product strategy
Participate in QA and UAT processes to ensure high-quality product releases
Document user stories, product specs, and release notes to streamline cross-functional execution
Promote a data-first mindset across the product and business teams
You Might Be a Fit If You:
Have 1–3 years of experience in product analytics, business analysis, or similar roles (internships or academic projects also valued)
Are highly analytical, with solid skills in Excel/Google Sheets and an interest in SQL, BI tools, or product analytics platforms
Have a passion for digital products, financial services, or fintech—and want to build tools that matter
Communicate clearly and enjoy working across disciplines (product, tech, growth, risk, support)
Are curious, structured, and excited to learn fast in a fast-paced environment
Are fluent in Arabic and English (both required)
Are based in Riyadh and available for on-site work
Hold (or are completing) a degree in Business, Engineering, Data, Economics, or another relevant field
